The Phil Wagner Foundation was created to remember our fallen brother and other law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty. We aim to carry on his name and provide financial support to those families they leave behind. As the foundation grows, we intend to create a scholarship in honor of Phil.

The foundation is accepting donations and will host a number of different fundraisers to raise the necessary funds in order to achieve the foundation's goals.

Who do we support?

We support families and children of law enforcement officers who have been killed in the line of duty. This currently includes Phil's wife and three children as they continue to navigate the hardships of life without him. Currently we are limiting our reach to Ohio only but would like to expand our radius as the foundation grows.

The scholarship we are working on will be open to children of law enforcement tied to Lorain County. They must either reside in Lorain County or their parent(s) work as a law enforcement officer in Lorain County to be eligible. As this becomes ready to implement, a link will be added for applicants to obtain more information.

Yes! The Phil Wagner Foundation is an approved 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. All donations made through the online donation link will receive an immediate payment receipt from PayPal. Donor receipts will be emailed at the end of the calendar year for your tax records. Donations made in person or by mail will be either emailed or mailed, depending on the information provided to the foundation.
