About The Phil Wagner Foundation

The Phil Wagner Foundation was formed in the wake of Phil's death while serving the community he swore to protect. It was started by a few knuckle-dragging SWAT teammates who just wanted to ensure Phil's memory lived on.

To honor law enforcement officers who have fallen in the line of duty by providing meaningful support to their families during times of profound loss.

Our Services

Scholarships

The Phil Wagner Foundation seeks to create and maintain educational scholarship opportunities for children of law enforcement. The Foundation is currently in its infancy and plans to develop this in the near future.

Compassionate Aid

The Phil Wagner Foundation provides emotional and financial support to families during their time of profound loss.
